БНХАУ-ын Гадаад Худалдааны яам болон Хорооноос “Нэг бүс- Нэг зам” хөтөлбөрийн хүрээнд хөгжиж буй орнуудад зориулан “Сүү, сүүн бүтээгдэхүүн ба Хоол боловсруулах технологи” сэдэвт Олон улсын сургалтыг тус УБХТ-тай байгуулсан хамтын ажиллагааны хүрээнд манай гишүүдэд 2021 оны 10 сарын 12-25 ний өдрүүдэд цахимаар үнэ төлбөргүй зохион байгуулна. Сургалтанд 80-аас дээш хувь бүрэн хамрагдсан нөхцөлд сертификат олгоно. Хүнс үйлдвэрлэгч гишүүд, ААН-үүдийг идэвхитэй оролцохыг урьж байна. About the Seminar

1. About the Content

Seminar on Dairy Products and Food Processing Technologies consists of the lectures as follows:

(1) the basic reality of China, the open-up and reform and achievements of China, the introduction to Inner Mongolia;

(2) the survey of development of dairy and food industry in China: the latest achievements and new technology trends of the field;

(3) dairy production management system: food safety management system based on HACCP;

(4) fermentation technology: the most basic and general knowledge and skills, the classification of production process of different fermentation products, the production process of fermentation products;

(5) development and application of lactic acid bacteria: the performance of lactic acid bacteria, the main technical route of production, the best operating conditions and related progress;

(6) Chinese food safety standard system: the introduction to the system, including national, local and industry standards;

(7) food safety and HACCP of dairy products: the introduction to the effective management methods of food safety of dairy products based on the existing problems of quality and safety of dairy products;

(8) liquid milk production and related laws and regulations: the introduction to the types of liquid milk, related production process and implementation standards.

2. Online Visits to Related Laboratories

(1) Yili Group: to know modern dairy processing and production;

(2) Inner Mongolia Agricultural University Yide Experimental Factory: to know yogurt processing.

3. Exchanges and Communications

The participants will communicate online with each other and those professors and experts from Inner Mongolia Agricultural University on the issues concerning production technology of dairy products, development and application of lactic acid bacteria, and food safety management mode in the Seminar.

4. Introduction to Key Speakers

    The lectures of the Seminar will be delivered by the following professors:

 (1) Shuang Quan: doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor, chairman of Inner Mongolia Animal Products Processing Research Association, deputy secretary-general of Inner Mongolia Dairy Association; research fields and directions: function and characteristics of lactic acid bacteria, development of traditional dairy products, and meat products processing.

 (2) Chen Zhongjun: doctor, professor, master’s supervisor; research fields and directions: microbiology and fermentation engineering, brewing and brewing technology, food science and deep processing of agricultural products, antibacterial activity of lactic acid bacteria, and bioactive substances of lactic acid bacteria.

 (3) Wang Junguo: doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor, the host of National Natural Science Foundation of China; research fields and directions: functional genes related to lactic acid bacteria resources in natural fermented milk in western China.

 (4) Chen Xia: professor, doctoral supervisor; 4 authorized invention patents.

 (5) Tian Jianjun: doctor, professor, master’s supervisor; research fields and directions: food science, the development of healthy dairy and meat products, and the functional evaluation of probiotics and its application.

5. Materials Required

In order to facilitate communication with Chinese experts, the participants are required to prepare materials related to the following topics:

(1) an introduction to one’s major and unit or organization;

(2) current situation and issues of dairy products and food processing technologies in one’s country;

(3) the status quo of international cooperation.

6. Assessment

   The participants will fill the forms online to make an evaluation of the Seminar.

1. The Seminar will be held online by the platform Tencent Meeting.

2. The participants should attend the lectures on time, and the attendance record will be used as a reference for the issuance of the certificate of completion of the Seminar.

About the Organizer

Inner Mongolia Agricultural University (IMAU) is the first one entitled to enroll bachelor degree candidates in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Moreover, it has been selected as the exclusive university of Inner Mongolia whose construction is aided financially by the Central Government in China’s Western Development Program. IMAU is a multi-discipline university with 84 majors of 8 fields including agronomy, engineering, science, economics, management, humanities, education and law. Since 1952 it has fostered about 120,000 students of more than 20 different nationalities, including Mongolian, Han, Hui, Manchu, Ewenki and Oroqen. The University has some 700 professors and associate professors, among whom are 133 doctoral supervisors.

IMAU is the first university in developing international education exchange and cooperation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It has established broad academic ties with some 60 universities, scientific research institutes, and non-government organizations in over 20 countries including Canada, America, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Britain, Ireland, and the Republic of Mongolia. Therefore, it has had considerable experience in training and management of overseas students and foreign technical personnel. Furthermore, all the conditions needed in training are readily available, including teaching infrastructure and equipment, teaching materials, faculties, labs and practice bases. Besides, medical treatment and accommodations are convenient for foreign experts and overseas students, for two buildings are particularly provided for them. All of those make up a comprehensive system of management.

Currently, IMAU has over 130 overseas students and visiting scholars. Up to now it has provided education and training for more than 600 overseas students and over 400 foreign technical personnel. And it has finished over 120 international research projects of all sorts. Since 1982, the University has held nearly 100 international conferences, such as International Rangeland Congress, International Symposium of Technology of Dairy Products, International Symposium on Management of Agricultural Economy, International Conference on Oats, and International Symposium on Scientific Progress of Potatoes, which establish its international reputation, extend its influence, and lay a solid foundation for exchange and training projects.

IMAU has two administrative bodies responsible for international exchange and cooperation: Foreign Affairs Office and College of International Education. The staffs are qualified and experienced in foreign affairs and capable of accomplishing a variety of tasks of international exchange and technical training.
